Weary and tired, he puts down his tool.  His knees ache as he lowers himself to the floor, next to the pot of butter.  He reaches to the shelf and grabs the fresh baked bread and a knife.  Cutting himself a thick slice he then slathers the bread in sweet butter.  When he is finished he likes the butter from his fingers.

It was worth it.
