I am constantly reminded how all that we are, in all that we do, our heart is at the centre.

God cares more about our intentions and our ‘state-of-heart’ than our actions.
Jesus’ ministry on earth was entirely focused on heart matters, in Matthew 15 he quotes Isaiah:

Sometimes I wonder how seriously the command “and keep the Sabbath holy” is kept. I know for myself, every day seems to have something up. My uncle passed away tonight after a short battle with cancer.
