Yeah, both of our Thanksgivings were a lot of fu. It was nice to be able to spend hem with family.
Thanks. We love the new house. It is the kind of place I have dreamed of owning but never really figured would happen. The whole place is about 6800 square feet, single story, 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bath, theater room, living room, dining room, family room, chef's kitchen, granite counter tops, butler's pantry with wine cooler, travertine floors in kitchen and bathrooms, covered pool and spa, three car garage, all on a little more than an acre of land. We want it as a getaway and maybe eventually as a place to retire to. The kitchen is huge with a 6-burner stove, double ovens, microwave, big center island with a prep sink and a massive fridge. I can't wait to actually cook a meal in it.
I hope things are going well for you. Any new job prospects yet?
That sounds like an awesome house! You'll have to write about how the first meal cooked there turns out!
I've put my job search on hold until after the holidays. I find out next week what kind of raise and bonus I'll be looking at. Since the drama of last month it has gotten better in the office too. Basically, I am waiting until January to evaluate whether to continue searching for a new job.
Probably a good thing to delay the job search until after the holidays since I don't think most employers bother to run ads then. I hope things continue to improve at work and that you get a hideously big raise and bonus.
But I didn't think Da Bearss sucked as much as Washington. Hell, Joe Gibbs was called for a personal foul last week for calling time out when the Skins had no times out left in the game. How lame is that?
