I am the one in many people's lives who provides them with their basic human needs. What others may take for granted - washing, dressing, bathing, eating - some people are unable to perform these tasks for themselves anymore and they depend on me. So ... I'm sick of not doing anything to make myself more healthy ... so I've joined a local gym, curves. It's all women, so I don't have to worry how I look working out in front of a bunch of guys.
