Unbelievably, yesterday the builder of the house we were supposed to buy on *Monday* decided that he now does not want to do some of the things we had agreed upon in the contract. (e.g. replacing the broken sewer line) Even after we offered to pay for part of the repairs, they said no. So, we told them to go screw themselves, and now we are looking ( Read more... )

Spencer not only graduated from Puppy Kindergarten last week, but he was also given the "Extra Effort" award by his doggy peers.

I'm not really sure what that means, but we are very proud of him. He is the smartest puppy ever!

It appears (as an early Christmas gift to me) that Security has decided top open up the corporate firewall to allow access to LJ. So, if this lapse in security continues, I may be updating this thing a little more.
