Just another question...sorry. It's about the mandrakes. If someone ran into a pool, would they follow?

It's not a problem.

Yes. The mandrakes can and will swim.

I have a question.

Regarding the fact that I just now got accepted, I'm ready to bring my character in, but the island is currently in a night cycle. I know that it is stated that new residents can only enter the island at a specific time, and that time, I would assume to be a day cycle since they have to pick things up at the main office. Not to mention the elevator wouldn't be working.

So short of the long thing, do new residents have to wait for the next day cycle to start before their first post?

In all actuality, residents can arrive on the island as soon as the mun is ready. However, depending on the event and current happenings, introductory posts must reflect these circumstances.

Since the island is currently in a night cycle, there are other factors that must be considered, such as other puppet placement, as we believe there are several currently in the Main Office.

We simply added the "entering in daylight" stipulation to make things easier for most characters, but if you are ready and feel confident in entering during the night cycle, we have no objection to it.

Um, I HATE TO BE A PEST BUT is the character limit going to change or will it stay at 6?

Reason I ask is 'cause I have at least one more I'd like to shove here. It's so much easier when they're all in one place. I can herd the little buggers.

We're still debating on the question. But will have an answer for you in next week's mod post, never fear.

Question! As I've got an interest in throwing another character here

First are animal Characters like Red XIII/Nanaki allowed?

If they are, their communication's device would have to be different for obvious reasons. I remember reading that the device would adjust to a blind person's needs. Would that hold true for an animal character? Would it be strapped around their neck or something? And what about their key cards?

Morbidly curious since I've wanted to play mentioned fire tailed kitty for a long time.

Animals would be allowed, as long as they are sentient, or capable of rational thought, and have some sure way of communicating with the others on the island.

Communication devices and key cards would be altered to the character's specifications for usage, and we'll hammer out exactly how if the character's application is approved.

So I'm back with this guy this time, wondering what you wonderful mods have planned for his communication device and his key card and all other things like that.

We can substitute the key card for paw-print recognition, so to speak.

The communication device he can wear in a collar about his neck, and will be voice activated. It will be small, but functional, as not to be heavy and intrusive.

Erm, what are the rules concerning folks fighting with each other? For instance, Tifa and Loz, Cloud and Kadaj or Dante and God forbid one end up here Vergil?

I know we're not supposed to bully around the staff, but what about folks just not getting along period?

That is up to you. We will not interfere with squabbles, as they are part of any society forced to live together.

However, if the fighting and bitching becomes overly intrusive to everyone else or generally irritates, we'll turn Cerberus loose with the offenders' names.
