Pointing fingers
I did X-ray images on a patient the other day and she had a broken shoulder. Following our company's protocol, I talked to the radiologist and I called to notify the patient's physician. I ended up speaking to the nurse and to my surprise, she told me to send the pt away with a disc of her images and their office will contact her momentarily.

Winter's in the Air
Maybe it's the Floridian in me, but boy was it cold last night. I absolutely could not get warm in bed, even with three blankets. So I couldn't sleep! At around 2am, I got out, dug in the closet for thermals, and jumped back in bed. Thank goodness for thermals! I'll never get over at how thin and warm they are. Good Old Conversation

Fourth of July almost here?
For me, July 4th officially marks summer in my calendar. The cookouts, the beach outings, the short shorts, the flip flops... everything about that day screams summer! Soup and Dessert
I came home really hungry yesterday from a doctor's appointment. I had to get some blood work done so I didn't eat a thing all morning. When I came home, my mom's bf gave me a bowl of noodles and a yummy squash soup dessert. It was enough to energize me for the rest of the day.
