apparently I did not get this memo but it is illegal i guess to drive around at 11 am with Nine inch nails coming loudly from my car. but it is not illegal when some yo boy drives blasting neyo or whatever the fuck it was so loud my car was shaking from his. I luckily got a warning but it was a total WTF moment.

I was once pulled over by two of Fairfax's finest who called for back up because I was walking down the side of a road at 11pm.
