the past few days have been pretty monotonous. excluding monday of course. feeling good about practice and the efforts we are making to continue bettering ourselves. right now sitting waiting.... which is what i always seem to do....for jeff and ricky to come over. need to get out of this concentrated hell that is the vibes of my house. silence.
