19 hours until the start of DWD '06. I have been training all summer but somehow I am getting nervous. I know that I will do fine but I want to KICK BUTT. I just want to say that I love endorphins. All I needed to flip-flop my sour mood was a little exercise. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

So today I ran for the third time in the past 2-3 weeks. Let me just say I am out of shape like WOAH. I was able to run a total of 3.5 miles, which I suppose is an okay place to start. But keep in mind, I am training for Dances with Dirt again, which requires me to run 14ish miles in one day ( Read more... )
