The great Hungarian bridge naming contest
The newest Hungarian bridge, which will run over the Danube in Northern Budapest once it's finished, has been given a naming vote on the net by one of the Hungarian ministries. Update after the special news update on Hungarian Channel 1 and news updates on [origo] and Index- Three casualties have been confirmed. There are more than 240 injured. Most injuries are head injuries from falling rooftiles, but some people have been hit by lightning ( Read more... ) -

With the rising number of news about people being injured in the fireworks, I would like to ask everyone on my friends list who currently is in Budapest to say whether they are all right. I'm starting to get worried. Thank you.
