I am in Rome. I have already been drunk, used broken Italian, and had my first hostel experience. The guy running it gave us free rum shots and pear juice. A lovely man from Philadelphia working in a gay bar named Hangar gave us all the local dish.

I also cannot figure out how to use an apostrophe on this keyboard. Gelato and espresso await.

BaggageI'm all moved in. There's boxes and bags and tape everywhere still. I have so much to set up and throw out and change over. I never really feel like my new dwelling is "home" until living in it for about two months.
