Tonight I played softball in Temple Terrace on the field behind Lewis Elementary. I can't even explain in words what it was like. It's been 12 years since I played on that field, 12 years since I left my home away from home. It felt so good to be back : )

Yay for me getting a personal trainer. It's so on now, haha. Just wait, I'm gonna be smokin', lol.

Oh! And just for the record it is 28 days until my birthday. The countdown has begun!!!

All I have to say is I am pretty damn lucky to have the amazing friends and family that I do. Things are going really well right now. I'm down another 5lbs, haha and back on track to my goal again. Breakups do have their advantages, lol ( Read more... )

Kara and Matt are engaged now, if I hadn't mentioned it yet. She leaves for California today to go see Carrie, one of her BFF's. I really think this trip is going to be good for her, she needs to get away. Of course, I will miss her like crazy, haha. I've got a serious case of the sniffles. I'm pretty sure I am getting a cold, which just sucks. Nonetheless, I am attacking my symptoms with full force.
