Didn't hate it.  Didn't love it.  So, concensus is I liked it for what it was.  A nice episode dedicated to Merlin....for once.  That moved the story along....for once.  Almost no Merthur.  I won't even comment on Arwen ( Read more... )

My first reaction to this episode was to cry for all the things we will never have.  I did actually cry a few times, mourning the fact the show has fallen so far, far down.  Back almost to s3 levels at times.  I am very upset with the constant CONSTANT reveal baiting.  I know it won't happen, so I don't get my hopes up anymore, nor do I get excited ( Read more... )

I'm not even sure why I'm writing this.  I found this episode a total waste of precious time.  Except for the fact we learned a bit more about who, how, and why Morgana was captured and held, what happened?  Not a friggin' thing that moved the story along ( Read more... )

I find it VERY hard to believe, but I enjoyed this episide.  I think partly because I had no expectations of enjoying it.  Even with the story a total and complete rehash of episodes past, down to the camera angles and shots *last scene cough last scene*, I was genuinely surprised when the closing titles appeared.  For me, I think the reason I ( Read more... )

Well, I'm not excited about writing this review as I usually am.  There were some things I liked.  Some not so much.  After the impact of last weeks ep, this one fell short.  Quite short.

I anticipated enjoying this episode, and after the disaster that was ep2 (IMO), I was quite happy with this one.  The M/A was paced  well.  I enjoyed the serious/emotional conversations mixed with the banter (who doesn't right?).  Bradley and Colin did not disappoint.  You can see their relationship has matured.  Still silly, but it doesn't seem ( Read more... )
