On this economic crash
I am in a park located in downtown San Francisco reading the SF Guardian's many articles on a strapped for cash city cutting back, or rather wanting to, cut all public services (health, transportation, police, etc). And it's odd: From where Iam sitting it looks like nothing is wrong.
It's quite the juxtopositon. But then again, SF always is.

On a bus
There is an interesting phenomenon that occurs to me when on a bus at night. I get first overheated, then nauseas. Is this symptomology claustophobia?
I'd be fine if only I could open a bloody window. This recirculated is swelteringly awful.

I have new found respect for Rosie O'donnel.
I was surprised that this was called a "meltdown" on the YouTube page. Now, Rosie isn't great by any means, or an authority. But this was watched by millions of middle class housewives that might not have thought about the issues raised by Rosie in this segment. And that's pretty awesome. -
