i think i need to say some things.......

i genuinely love  gay people BECAUSE i'm a christian. NOT inspite of it...

when i love, i DON'T have an agenda.  i love them for WHO they are, and i WON'T try to change them to fit MY MOLD because i give them credit for having a brain, beauty, the capacity to love genuinely, the respect they deserve - NOT pity ( Read more... )

yes.

we would be drunk together...

we should start our own church
where being honest with yourself is GOOD
where thinking is okay
and where you can discuss things that MATTER

or we can just go to "church"
and make it our "project"

...thanks for being so real.

thank you for 'saying something'

thank you for who you've been to me in these last weeks.
thank you for understanding (and sharing) my frustrations, passions, and for being a true, honest constant that i can rely on to give me what i NEED and not necessarily what i WANT.

as for 'church'
i think 'church' has been more
genuinely named
than the real thing

I don't know how much I can say, but I had to comment.

I didn't understand some of this, mostly because I haven't really talked to you in ages, but... I remember a Chantel who was only half this open, who saw a fight where she now sees a need.

I don't know what's happened to make this change, but you're growing up, something many people don't do.

I would be sipping a lot... Slipping a lot... stumbling a lot, i think.

Do you know what's weird? The word "Christian" means "Christ-like." The whole word in itself should be our very essence, our very element, our very being. It is not the word that is wrong, nor its ultimate image, but rather the image it is given by 1) fallen human beings, and 2) people who have not been washed in Christ's blood. Rather than throwing the whole word out, I think we--by being genuine and striving to be what it truly means--MUST change its image back to what it was meant to be...

I meant what I told you. You are honest. We need more people like you in this crazy, mixed-up world.

Event horizon: a boundary in spacetime at which the escape velocity for a given mass reaches and then exceeds the speed of light, making escape impossible; the point of no return.

But Ron,
with God,

is that a truthful statement?

is there ever really a point of no return...?

or have we as humans made it so?

I was referring to the status quo that we humans seem to enjoy so much (and try to convince others that it is the norm or desired state of being).
