I am alive.
Today I've been in the army for two months.
I am very tired. -
Friends, civillians, lend me your ears...
Let's get one thing straight right from the start: 5-6 hours of sleep at night, when you are using every second of the remaining 18-19 hours doing something, are simply not enough. Now that we;ve got that down, we can move on.

It's surreal y'know? I'm sitting here in my not-so-new olive-greens and soon they'll be barking orders at me and giving me a gun. Not that I'll have it (or use it) for very long but can you imagine me with a gun? I know I can't.

I know I haven't posted in a week and that I, unlike others, have pretty much no excuse. Sorry. I've just been very possesive of my beit midrash time. Ask Ma'ayan, every time I think she's stalling and pushing off our chavruta I quickly snap her out of it with a "No time!" or "I only have a week and a half left!" *evil grin* I'm a tyrant...

I only have three weeks left. And that's the bruto amount. In practice I only have another 15 days of midrasha and some of those I'll probably have to use to go shopping for army nessecities. After deciding at around 11 last night that falling asleep on my books downstairs probably wasn't such a wonderful idea and that my bed upstairs was probably more comfertable anyway, I decided to go to sleep early. I would just like to start this entry with the following: I love the girls at midrasha! You only get to see most of the real sides of a person if you're around them 24-7, and especially Shabbat, and everyone here is so sweet! I like them.
