events that made my year what it was - in no particular order:

• moving to pennsylvania
• taking two trips to new york city
• touring the northeastern states (massachusetts, rhode island, connecticut) for an old friend's wedding
• being able to visit home (and the river) often enough to avoid major homesickness

soooo i got a new job.  i will now be working for the tlc branch of the laguna beach boys & girls club.  it goes from k-5 rather than 1-12 grade, which i like.  the club is in in a small cottage like building in a really beautiful part of laguna.  there's a really awesome park in a sort of valley below, surrounded by hills and huge trees and ( Read more... )
