We started to burn fire breaks this week! Monday was our first night, we continued last night, and then tonight we had off. It was incredible, definitely not alike anything I have ever done before. This weekend was wonderful! Friday night we all went out to dinner in Pretoria after a GORGEOUS sunset - the sky was flaming red. Saturday was spent relaxing, treating my sun burnt back, and watching the movie Troy. So the banks here work differently...it took em a bit to get it all worked out. I tried to get into a bank today while we were at one of the little malls in Pretoria. Wow….so much can happen here, even in as little time as a day. Last Wednesday on the way back from our afternoon trip to Pretoria for supplies, one of the cars broke down along the road. I have made it to South Africa. After a VERY long journey, I arrived this morning at 7:00 but did not get through the airport much before 9 - the passport office was NUTS. Lots of people.
