Last night I named a sushi roll soon to be added to the menu at my local sushi restaurant!

It was good but for being sushi, it was very fried... VERY fried! And I've been brainstorming ever since how to tweak and freshen it and add some more, you know, flavor!

Yum! It's too bad it's fried, I prefer them "raw, and wriggling" so to speak but how fun that you got to name something on a menu! :)
