Some potentially good news! From our realtor: I did receive a bit of good news today, your file is now showing on the banks website as “Held”… I believe it is the last stage before approval; the site shows the timeline as “new” -> “negotiating” -> “held” -> “accepted.” Hopefully I will have even better news for you next week ( Read more... ) -
