I read a bunch of news sites in the morning.  From Wired News, News.com, the BBC, and CNN.  I also hit up drudgereport.com and salon.com for right and left leaning news bits.  I bring that up because I want to express that I try to get a balanced world view when it comes to consuming news bites ( Read more... )

tired.

tried to sleep at 11:30 last night.  woke up an hour later.  couldn't fall back asleep until sometime after 4.  Today's going to be long.

work work work work work.

There's something to be said to keeping yourself so busy you don't have time for goofing off.  The only regret is not having extra time for friends and Steph.  I pretty much keep all my social stuff to the end of the week.

On a side note, I imagine the excruciating pain I am currently experiencing in all of my arm muscles may if fact signal their impending strengthening.
