If you've been wondering where I've been, I've pretty much moved all my journaling activities (sporadic though they be) over to Facebook. I post video blogs (also sporadic) there and on YouTube.

I've been fighting a sore throat since the weekend that I had originally chalked up to allergies, but now I suspect was in fact a little cold. Last night it degenerated into cough that kept me up all night. I've been home all day resting and sucking down Dayquil (Nyquil on standby for tonight) and mega-dosing on vitamin C. Methinks the battle of Live Journal versus Facebook may be lost at the moment. I see a lot more activity over there these days.

Last night I was elected to the board of my home owners association. There were five open positions and five applicants so its not as impressive as it sounds. I've heard a lot of stories about HOAs from friends, almost all negative. I bought myself the Dungeons & Dragons 4th Edition rule books for my birthday and finally got around to reading them the past few days. WOW. They really re-engineered the system. Well, my birthday is next week and I settled on my birthday present to myself (um... besides the Tahiti cruise, that is). I bought myself the new Dungeons & Dragons 4th edition rulebooks.
