Why, oh why is it that when I go for a swim I suddenly develop a need for a pee? I swam for 50 minutes this afternoon and had to go THRICE in a hour. If any of you lot are going surfing this weekend down Croyde way, theres a girlie surfing competition on all weekend at Croyde beach. The fact that theres three other beaches kinda nulls this point, but hey thought it was worth a mention....

After much deliberation and trying to get this damn Amiga emulator to work, I'm finally conceding tonight that it ain't working. I've managed to get it so I've got the original screen of the amiga disk hand ready for loading, but just can't get the games to load. Well, after reading that a couple of folks on LJ don't think that much of the Mish and that liking them is to being stuck in puberty, us immature folk Skean,Xeeny and Alacerus decided it might be worth regressing to that age and going to see there last gig.
And what a gig it was, just as a performance it was probably one of the best live shows I've seen.

Well, had my wisdom teeth out yesterday, which for something I'd built up in my mind as being terrifying, went really well. I have no problems with drills, pulling and crunching sounds, as long as it doesn't hurt, which with the five injections of mouth numbingly strong stuff, it didn't. Belonging to the gainfully unemployed ranks does have some benefits. Like ,for example, having no time restraints in having to get up to go to work. This freedom allows for doing silly things. Monday evening, having stayed up most of the night with my best pal vodka, I stuck my head out the window to discover the early morning dawn chorus. ( Nick's Early morning stroll )

My google e-mail account has just vanished into thin air, just tried to log on and it wouldn't let me, so I tried the "I've forgotten my password bit", which after I'd filled in the details said your account does not exist. How shit is that!

Reading all of these application details, they always say "If your outgoing, passionate and enthusiastic then we'd like to hear from you", why can't some of them include "if your reticent, saturnine and just a touch on the insane side we'd love to hear from you" every once in a while, I might be in with a chance.....
