I was a day early yesterday but today is actually the Winter Solstice so yay! Even those this is the shortest day of the year it means a gradual return of the sun (light) and that is always a good thing--esp. for those of us with S.A.D.

Weekend was uneventful. Went to acupuncture and felt o.k. afterwards only to have my psychiatric (med eval) appointment and leave very angry and frustrated. I got more Prozac so it wasn't an issue of her increasing/giving me more medication but rather her suggestions. Facebook has become my new time suck and most of the time I write my thoughts down in bits and pieces of hash tag type format or based on a neat "link" to post. It takes time to sit down and write what is on my mind here.

Accidentally in love....
Just over a week ago I got on a plane and left to see my sweetie in Texas. I can't believe it has been a week. :( Of course it felt like the day would never arrive and it went just as fast as expected. The trip was relatively pleasant enough.
