I  don't know if you know that band  the Waterboys. I checked them into the hotel the other day. I guess they're popular in the UK but I'd never heard of them. The seemed like nice enough guys. Their manager was a dick, though.

I really like that Michael Clarke Duncan is the new voice of Quizno's.

My VCR/DVD player did not record "Heroes" like I asked it to. Instead it recorded that awful new show "Chuck" because I didn't change the hour on it. Fuck.

For some reason I got the incredible urge to make cupcakes tonight. So, while my dad and I were watching 'the Office' marathon, I took a little break and went to safeway to pick up some cupcake supplies. What a night. I was supposed to be off but they called me in to work and it was just nuts. I got to the hotel to find that the only other two bellman scheduled to work today had called in sick. Work had been pretty lame lately 'cause I've been getting in trouble for stupid shit, but Saturday night was particularly sweet for a few reasons:

1. I made damn near  one hunny in tips. Some times people are really generous, and this time, three different people handed me a twenty dollar bill. So that was nice.

When I was a kid, my uncle Felipe gave me a sip of his beer and said it would put hair on my chest. He was right. When I undressed myself earlier, I noticed in the mirror that the beer had just now started to work it's magic. My new chest hairs are awesome. Hopefully I can soon grow a majestic chest mane, much like Tom Selleck.
