How NOT to plan a vacation
DH is starting to see the errors of his ways in planning vacations the whole five days in advance. We weren't able to get a place to stay at Disney for the whole trip so are staying there for three days and outside the park for the other two. Lame admission
Boy, was I glad when we finally heard yesterday that the schools will NOT be closed for the federal holiday today. As nice as spending tons of time as family was in many ways, I was so ready to go back to the daily grind. Of course, now I am finding out that I am not so ready to work after all. Let the procrastination begin. -
Crib issues and more on words
So one day late last week, we were late getting G ready for camp and I was making her lunch so when I heard A talking in his crib I did not immediately run to get him. Quick inquiry
Does anyone know how long do Abx last (Amoxycillin) if they were in the fridge the whole time? I am tempted to give it to very cranky DS (can't get seen by the ped today) but it's a month old. Should I or not? Pretty sure it's ear infection at this point. -
Baby book entry - our little guy

Sadly, as a second child and a boy he has had a hard time beating his sister's milestones but he has done that in a big way recently, with a very exciting milestone. Not so scary Halloween
I had enough sense to remember today to call and "confirm" our dining reservations, in reality to find when they are since I lost my notes. It turns out that they already run their Halloween event that week, so we'll be heading to Not so Scary Halloween party. And it's "ma-ma" this time. It's definitely associated with me, though it might mean nursing in his mind, too, as he greets me with it in the middle of the night. It does make the night feeding/s much more bearable. There is also distinct ba-ba-ba, but that's used frequently and in different situations, though they seem to be all related to eating ( Read more... )
