I forgot to write anything about it, but I watched The Motorcycle Diaries this past friday, and I think it was the best film I've seen all year. Definitely in a long, long time, probably since The Hours. Amazing amazing. I highly reccommend it--it's an absolutely amazing story. Totally moving.
It's time for me to schedule my Penn State classes, and I don't know what to do for a foreign language. Italiano or francais? I'm stuck between two vaguely appealing masses of European culture. A couple days ago I got in touch with (wonder of wonders) Elias Andrews, the Swedish kid who my grandma used to babysit the same time as me. Ca-razy. I mean, REALLY crazy. This weekend we went to Penn State. The students were like a river, it was amazing--flowing over the sidewalks, they looked like me. Unlike the people here, so unlike them. I saw the building where I would have all of my classes and do all of my work. I went to the Hub and everything it was really crazy. So crazy, to think i'll be growing there
