Gilbert tells me this is the most favorited and most emailed TED video.  I'm glad to have rediscovered it tonight.

I’m only behind if I think normal should be perfect.

I am kinda into stop motion video right now.  I made one at Christmas time with the thought that I would email it around with a little Christmas wish.  I didn't get it done, but this fun little video made me want to try it again.  Its worth watching through to the end.  Love the fishies and water bubbles.

Gilbert is really flying high today.  He launched his year-in-the-making HR website a few days ago and has been getting some great response. After a flurry of sign-ups this morning, he said "I just want to get a hold of CNN and the New York Times and let them know about Choosy.
