I really enjoyed "Eve of the Daleks"! It's a simple, one-location and low-budget story even for a regular Doctor Who episode, no mention a special, but some great Doctor Who stories were cheap and simple, "Midnight" being the number 1. I found on Netflix an old series I've been watching as a teenager, "H2O: Just add water". It's about three teenage girls who turn into mermaids when they touch water and have some powers over water.
