HAHAHHA... i just noticed that in my previous entry I wrote i only need 887 calories in a week to lose 2 lb. Well, it's obviously 887 per day. >.>

According to Daily Plate I only need 887 calories per week if I want to lose 2 lb per week. Way less cal than I had anticipated to be burning. I wish tmrw's Sunday already so my life can get back to normal... mainly my eating that is. I'm curious about my weigh in tmrw as well. I know the going gets slow the last few lbs, but I just wish it'd be quicker. Weighed in at 109.4 up 0.2 from yesterday. I am on my period, so I'm hoping that's going to make a big difference. My wardrobe sucks. Or it doesn't, but the chunk of my weightloss happend recently, and that's after i did my school shopping just last Sept. I spent a boatload of $ on jeans and my skinny jeans aren't that skinny anymore. I can't figure out whether it became loose from the wearing or that I lost weight. I feel calmer now. I found this pc calendar that I've been using to keep track of my schedule as well as my weightloss and I see that i have 110 placed on Vday, the day that I'm going to SF to see my bf. So I still have plenty of time to reach my goal and one day of setback does not doom me to obesity. But I do wonder why I gave myself so much time ( Read more... )
