I hope my weight goes down tmrw. I purged tonight and had to go see a dance performance after. I always have an intense choco craving after I purge and today was no exception. The biggest day of failure ever, yes, even worse than a binge day. Today not only did I b/p in the afternoon but I consumed a bunch of choco, cookie, banana bread hm... an hr ago. wth..... beauty of fluctuation? I'm 109.6 this morn and that's going to set the tone for today. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... I've never felt so fat/big before. It's even worse than when I was at 117. I hate myself, like literally.

I finally feel normal again. Now that class has started again I'm out most of the time and only think about food at meal times. Better yet, I weighed 108.8 this morning. I AM seeing the 8. =O  Now I'm looking forward to the 7 but ultimately 105. That'd be such a marke of success. I ate pretty good today ( Read more... )
