I'm starting a contest on Monday with some people at work. its sort of like a "biggest loser" type thing, where whoever loses 10% of their weight gets a split (or all) of the prize. its a $50 buy in, so its kinda steep, but I think i have great chances to win.
I think '08 is gonna be the year for me to get my weight and my health in control. I hope it is for you too!

Keep up the good work Mary! I, myself, need to get back into some sort of Weight Watchers regime. It's going to be healthier for the baby and I in the long run.
Also, I belong to an lj community called dietingsupport. It's very helpful and all the people there are really nice. It's a great place to turn to if your having a rough day.
Anywho, Love and Hugs, Keep up the good work, and kick some ASS when you go to the reunion.

Thanks for the heads up to the community. I was actually thinking about making one for just our friends. We can trade recipes, triumphs, weaknesses, tips & tricks, new found food with low point values... :-)
What do you think? Would you join?
