2009 Media-In-Review
Last year I kept a list of the media I consumed over the course of the year, and it was awesome. This year not only did I not keep a list, I went long stretches without reading or watching anything, and not much of what I did catch was memorable. What I Did Tonight
* Baked raisin-filled cookies
* Hung pictures
* Changed the calendar
* Decorated a tree
* Hung some dang stockings, I kid you not
* Fed the turtles
* Cleaned the toilet
And all to the sound of reruns of Glee.

I apologize in advance--really!--and I hope this isn't just a snipe hunt, but is there an index on TV Tropes that lists "episode types": Sick Episode, New Job Episode, Very Special Episode, etc.? A quick search isn't turning up anything for me, just disconnected pages. -

From scottish_like, a new entry in Our Terrifying Future: octopi are now using tools. More alarmingly: they are specifically capable of manipulating coconut shells, which allows them to access a dizzying array of human technology. What I'm saying is, we need to get the dolphins back on our side now.
