I used to be on here a lot, but i have been going through a bunch of shit in my life and i started working so i haven't had much time. Well I'm down to 155.5 so I'm down approx 25lbs, yipeee  I have been taking Propolene Diet pills and it really jump started my weight loss again.  I was stuck at 158 for the longest time and i highly recommend Propolene!!!!!!  It makes you feel full, absorbs any fats and stuff in the food so it doesn't get absorbed into your body and has a lot of ( Read more... )

Thank God.  That like 3-4 lbs i packed on during my peroid is offically gone.  I guess i really was just water/peroid weight.  I'm down to 158.5 now, yipeee :)  I have only lost about 7lbs total this month though, but i guess thats better than nothing!  My goal is 150 by Halloween and that means i have 11 days to lost 8.5lbs, i really hope i can do ( Read more... )
