i knew that the transition wouldn't be easy, but on the other hand, i guess i expected more sympathy or empathy or whatever you call it. i'm here early for orientation, and campus is emptier than a bar during prohibition. it's cold, cold, cold, and big.

my favourite memory of fall was always going on walks with my parents in one of the many parks by our house. we'd put on warm, yet incredibly ugly sweaters, ridiculously unfashionable hats, make sure pippin was in attandance (he'd never forgive us otherwise) and ready ourselves for an enjoyable hike ( Read more... )
