surgery update #1 - public until Feb 1

So, I'm nine and a half hours from surgery time and my final paper for Public Christianity still isn't done. I've written 15 and 1/3 pages today but still have a little more to push through before I can actually process the fact that I'm going under general anesthesia tomorrow.
