anticlimax
i guess there's an element of anticlimax to cooking, especially when you've been doing it all day. it's kind of a shame that something that can take hours and hours to put together only lasts an hour or so, and usually ends up with everyone feeling kind of sick ( Read more... ) -

i stayed up all night - my sleep schedule needs resetting. my glutes still hurt from the night before last. too many squats, not enough stretching and not enough sleep. i've been pretty stressed but a lot of stuff got resolved. i love talking stuff out ( Read more... ) -

i've been so ill today it's not even funny. my digestion's been fucked. i know it'll pass, but it gets really tedious when you've had a stomachache for twelve straight hours. i'm bloated and i have acid reflux and just-- augh. my body hates me. i ate so healthily, what's up with this now?

i rewrote my profile page. i think i wrote the old one about a year ago. it's really nice to see what changed, the different quotes i wanted to use and the meaning behind them. i guess the most striking one is my decision not to use "home she a time, no a place", which is a quote from an achewood strip that makes me cry every time i read it. even ( Read more... ) -

i wonder if some people are made for a purpose. are all people born with a purpose in mind, waiting for them to uncover and fulfil? or are only some? or is purpose an illusion, something we choose and give to ourselves? all i have to go on is my own experience, and i can't decide for certain which of those is true.
