Wow!
Nearly and year and I still have friends here. I do miss you guys and think about visiting often, but never seem to make it (not much different than in real life, eh). Anyway, a lot has happened in the last year and that has kept me away from many things, but hopefully life will turn around soon. -
I am such a goof!
I've spent the entire weekend watching the entire run of the Battle of the Planets cartoon. Thus ignoring nearly everything else. Though it was easy as the oldest was at the grandparents, the middle one and hubby were at Clear Lake for a boy scout outing, and the youngest went to a pool party, sleepover, beach excursion with the girl scouts. Well, after much consideration, I'm going to write a family story that goes back a few generations. Maybe after my parents and my aunt and uncle are gone I might even revisit it, revise it, and see if it is worthy of true publication in some sort. It has been a long time since I've posted. I've finally hit the 20# mark. Only 100 to go for my goal. Though I've not been working on the weights as much as I'd like, so I need to get back into that. Water Bottles
I bought my son a twenty dollar water bottle a few weeks ago. Strange isn't it. We are nearly broke, yet I'm spending money that could be used for food or rent on a water bottle. Yes, that's what I said 2000+ words written today. Not a lot for a short story but more than I've written in quite awhile. Hopefully, I'll get it posted tomorrow or Saturday. No all I need to do is find the bunnies for my to unfinished stories. They keep running away whenever I have the time to write.
