It's only a few days into the new year, but I thought this would be a good time to start reflecting on my progress on my resolutions:
#1 -- Exercise 3-4 times per week -- Not as good as I had hoped, but I did play a bit of basketball with my younger son yesterday, so that counts. I'll have to look for something to do inside today as we have rain ( Read more... ) -

Diet Entry 1
To my dismay, stress from work helped me to gain back most of the weight that I lost over the last two years. Strategies over the last few weeks have helped to stop the gain but not spur the loss. A New Beginning
I feel wonderful, like I've got a whole new beginning. Uni started today and I've got two of my favorite professors, one will be teaching the seminar and the other will be my supervisor.
