I shocked my students today! We were doing an identity exercise where they had to list the following: most important relationship; vocation; avocation; group identity. I've got the framework for my first unit plan done.
Actually, I've got the project written out; the lessons out; all I need to do is write the plan for the second and third day and create journal prompts for the rest, create a quick text set, and I'll have my first unit plan done. Sounds so easy.

These are the times that I feel like such an idiot.
Went to work on old comp in kids room this morning. Tried it again, didn't work. Pulled all the plugs out to open it up and see if I could see anything that might have come loose. That is when I noticed the second monitor slot.
