I've been hearing an unusual amount of complaints concerning bodily aches and pains, lately. Students have now hit the wall, people crane their necks and lean toward the holidays; also, the weather seems to bring a lot of drama.
So I'm putting this out there:

I really should do some yoga. I've been having aches in places that shouldn't be aching.
