I love Android/Robot/SciFi AUs. I'm a Trekkie and I watch the Science Channel and all those pesky educational channels all the time, I'm a big fan. So, I had to be involved with this story after reading the summery, and I am SO glad I was!
This story was really wonderful. Much more human struggle and the battle within oneself than any outside force. I loved how it was written, because some of it is in Second Person, and while that usually is a massive turn off for me, I love how davynn id it. For me, it felt like it wasn't saying 'you' as in the reader but more like he was referring to himself as 'you'. It's totally and completely worth the read!
The writer davynn as absolutely amazing to work with! He did a fantastic job for his first time doing a big bang. He was an absolute darling communicate with and a great writer to boot.

Summary It's 2045 and though the world is a much different place, humans aren't. They still experience happiness, anger, grief- continue to deal with it in strange and personal ways. Derek is one such human.
Thing is, this world doesn't just belong to them anymore. With the invention of androids, there's a thousand and one new ways to see and live through it all. With built in curiosity, a need to please, and different methods of understanding, they too are just trying to figure it all out. Stiles is one such android.
Unable to make it on their own, they try and parse out an existence together- haltingly, violently, unsure, but together.
