Chapter Four
John must have fallen asleep at some point in the night, because the sharp beams of sunlight cutting through his curtains in the early morning woke him abruptly. The confusion that had been puzzling him during the night was gone, taking the strange ideas with it, leaving him with the reality of mundane, wonderful everyday life.

Hopefully Chapter 5 in the morning, but might be in the afternoon if I don't finish checking it tonight. Tried to leave work at 4, ended up leaving at 6:30. Typical.

These chapters just feel like an action vacuum to me. Nothing much seems to happen. So I'm trying to fill it with imagery and irony and other good things. Nice to hear it's working!
