Wow I haven't posted in awhile..probably because I was ashamed because I haven't been doing well at all. Today for instance: 1 bag of shocktarts, 3 (VERY BAD)cookies, 1 jello(10 cals), then had dinner with bread and pasta...yeeeeah so I'm not doing well at all and definately gained back everything i lost on the fast.
