Meh. The gym was super busy today and I wasn't able to do squats in the power rack, which has a mirror, so I did them at the regular rack, which doesn't have a mirror. So I wasn't totally sure my form was perfect, though it felt okay.

Wow, today went GREAT! I just felt really strong and confident and was able to push through everything, even near the end of my sets when the reps were extremely hard. Big confidence booster.
