Um, okay. So today was extremely discouraging.
Squats:
45 - 2x5 reps
85 - 4 reps
120 - 3 reps
155 - 5 reps
150 - 4 reps
140 - 3 reps
Um, yeah. So I was barely able to do my last rep of the FIRST set of 155, so I dropped it to 150. And then I couldn't even do five reps at that weight, so I dropped it to 140. And I STILL couldn't do five reps.
