The sink sprayer in my kitchen is leaky.  I know this because I can't open the closet door.

Explanation:  The water drips down under the cabinets, soaking the floor.  Under the vinyl floor is the same hardwood floor as the rest of the house, just unfinished.  Water gets under the top floor, wood gets wet, wood swells.  Nearby closet door hangs on ( Read more... )

I got a letter from Julianakin's school saying if he misses more school, I have to go to truancy court. If he misses after that, I’m charged with contempt of court. Sad news. There are rumors floating about Fark.com right now that Gary Gygax has failed his saving throw vs. death.

Unconfirmed, but the cause (in the rumors anyway) is abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Looks like someone will be stopping at the liquor store tonight.
