Does anyone want to do a picture swap? One of my favourite artists, this week, agreed to send me a letter and some of his promo postcards, and I wondered if anyone else wanted to swap drawings with me? If you do - drop me an e-mail telling me you're up for it, and then your address. It should be fun :] And if you're not artistic, let's swap mail ( Read more... )

Black hair is lovely on people with dark skin, but I'm pale and freckled I'm not sure if it's a cool look to have. Still, it's a nice shade, and far more natural than the other options.

What'chu talkin' 'bout? Contrast is good! Hence the black lookin' good. Brunnette is coo' too.

I wore a pink shirt yesterday. And here is a rap lyric that describes that experience:

"back den hos didn't want me; now all hott hos on me"

Contrast is good, agreed, but my freckles threaten that, and make me look like a stereotyped gypsy girl. It's a nice shade of black, but I do fancy a radical change.

A lot of boys are wearing pink recently, and a lot of girls are wearing "REAL men wear pink" . If Paul wore pink, I think I'd have reason to doubt his sexuality, you have to have that coolie attitude to pull it off. Go you, pullin' all the hott hos.

I voted for Forest Green, but I think it should be Rider Green...

What's Rider Green, and how much radically different is it from Forest Green?

That's an awesome colour! I'm not too sure it'd look good in my hair, though.

I tried blue and it came out green in my hair. *shrugs*

Did you put it straight over bleach, or did you tone your hair first?

I am keen on the idea of blue hair, I'm not sure it'd suit me though, I'm very freckley.

I like black myself - Go goth go - with pale skin is okay, freckles and all, but I think a girl looks her best when she is happiest with her self and has that "confidence sparkle", so I wouldn't want to sway her opinion with strong views - unless she was so desperately in love with me that my approbation was a key ingredient to her self esteem.
(There, did that sentence have enough commas and dashes for you?)

Black is okay, I suppose, because it's at least a natural shade, but I do have a horrible outrageous streak that means I spontaneously switch colours whenever the mood strikes me, like before I have had it pink, blue, natural red, white, blonde, brown and purple and I do love all of the colours I listed above, I just needed help choosing which one to go for.
(Congratualtions on your comma-full sentence, I tried to match yours in length but I think I pushed my luck a little and made it too long to be a grammatically correct sentence.)

Okay, black is the best. But I think you'd like your hair ... Prussian Blue

How old are those girls? They look about 13/14. I've had my hair a blonde sort of colour before, but I disliked it. Though if I am to dye it a bright colour, I will need to bleach it first, so maybe everyone's happy?

Blueeeeeeeeeeeeee.
I like blue. But it might not be cool as a hair color. A blonde kid died his hair blue at my school and now it looks like he has mold growing out of his head. Which is another reason why you shouldn't die your hair green. Because often times it looks...moldy.
Bright red might be neat.
Either black or red.

Blue is lovely! But you're right, once the colour fades it starts looking mouldy. Same with green. When red fades, it goes a salmony milkshake colour, so they all look pretty gross when they fade. That's the thing with semi-permanent dyes, you have to re-do them about once every two weeks, and it's expensive too.

Here are the sorts of colours I had in mind:

I prefer the blue. The blue is the coolest. The green looks too much like I dunno. Grass. Or...No green. Go with BLUE!
