Do you really want to be known for being grossly thin but still popular? I wouldn't think so. I bet you'd rather be known for being a classically beautiful novel writer or something of the sort. Perhaps a photographer with a certain "something" about them?
I'm planning to stay on this diet for...ummm...ever? Whenever I see whether it works or not, you know it probably will.
